Read some of my solutions. Might help you. Good product
I’ve been using this for a few years now. I’m buying it today again, and out curiosity I looked at the reviews, and was surprised to see how bad they were. So just a little advice for some of those problems I notice people are having.1- yes, the spatula provided is too skinny, however, if you get one that’s a normal size, it makes the job much easier. Boom, problem solved. (I got mine from my doctors office)2- yes, the temperature must be just right. But that’s something that you just learn from using it a couple of times. Like any other product. You’re probably no expert. So yeah... it might be difficult at first.3- don’t let it sit for too long. Don’t let it get cold on your skin. It should still be kinda flexible. I found that’s the best way it’ll get all the hair. If you wait too long and it gets cold, it tends to break some hairs off.I’ll be reading some more reviews later. If I see anything else that might have a solution I’ll update my review.

I would recommend this product
I was surprisingly impressed with this wax kit. I’ve been waxing for years at a professional salon and this comes very close to a professional waxing. The end results removed the hair, my skin was smooth and clean. The only thing I’m concerned with is the possible ingrown that could happen in the next few weeks.Pros:-easy to use- wasn’t painful, I’d rate it as a 7 on a scale of 1-10- wax had a pleasant smell- easy to rip off / remove- perfect for course hair (I’m African American )- soothing oil wipes included in the kit... made my skin feel so good after the waxing.Cons:- wax dries very quickly.. so move fast- not enough wax in the container to do a full BrazilianTips:- buy a pack of jumbo wooden sticks. The box comes with two small sticks but it’s not enough. I found that the mini sticks (came with the kit) worked better on the bikini line and the jumbo sticks worked better on the top.- try to stay clam because when you sweat I found it more difficult to get the strips off- wax small areas instead of big areas- most importantly, make sure you hold your skin taut when you rip off the wax.- exfoliate your skin at least 1-2 days before waxing. Make sure the skin is clean and dry.- commit the the rip. Once you start don’t hesitant midway, follow through.- move quickly because it dries really fast- don’t drag the wooden stick on the side of the container to remove excess wax... you will end of wasting a lot of the wax. Instead twirl the stick to get the wax from dripping everywhere.- the wax did not reheat well. I moved too slow and the wax dried quickly. When I tried to reheat only half the container would reheat to the consistency I needed. Therefore a lot of the wax was wasted. I would say about 25%. I was not able to get a full Brazilian. Only the bikini line and the top, didn’t have enough to do the labia or buttock.

AWFUL
in a word, this product is awful! it took forever to get the thing at just the right consistency. and then once you do that, you have very little time to get it on you before it stiffens up in mid-air. and the mess is annoying! i tried out a couple of strips on my legs to see how it worked first, but i can't imagine going straight to my private area with all the stringy waxy mess! don't know how others managed it, but it's not for me. i like the original NAD's product, tho tried this one since you didn't need backing strips. anyway - very disappointed. i'll just keep going to my wax lady.

Well, it really is messy and didn't want to microwave the wax too hot or I burn myself
Everything listed came in my purchase. I was having trouble with microwaving the wax because I did not want to make it too hot or I be burn. So it took a couple of try's to make the wax fit for my skin. I love the shapes that came a long with the box.I let the wax set then pull like it said and "OUCH." I was bad in pain level. It remove most of the hair from the bikini region. I notice that when I tried to cover a larger region of maybe 4inches or more... it got harder because it was wider and pain level was another big "ouchy" Then if i only did small areas of waxing, my fingers got sticky and plus the wax cooled down, so i would have to keep microwaving the wax. What a hasel to look and feel my best lolI decided to purchase Nad's Brazilian Wax because I've purchase the Nads brand before and they work great...especially with out all the heating up. Plus, you can use the same wax strip over and over. It was so easy then. Yet, it was not messy. I think I prefer going back to the original Nad's wax.

Great for any level of skill
I am definitely a novice waxer, and I highly recommend this stuff for anyone just starting out or more advanced. It is easy to use even for people like me who don't know what they are doing.

PERFECT for me, might not be for everyone
I agree with all the other positive reviews defending this product. Sure its a little finicky but its a total learning curve to use. I found it to be cheaper, easier, and less painful than going to the salon. I generally don't have an amazing pain tolerance but I found this to be great because i can control how much hair I pull out at a time, unlike in the salon where they go for massive patches. I get less ingrowns and my skin feels great for weeks after.HOWEVER, I tried to use this on a friend and it was horrific for her. She has looser skin than me and she is total bleeder. It was so painful for her she wouldn't even let me finish. I tried to do it in very small patches but she screamed each time I pulled it out and couldn't bring herself to pull the hair herself. Mind you, she goes to the salon regularly so her hair wasn't overgrown or especially thick. So in summary, it may work for you, it may not... give it a try. It's only $12 and that a heck of a lot cheaper than a trip to the salon. If it doesn't work for you, leave an honest review but have some perspective that every one is different. On it's own merits, I find it to be a great alternative and a quality product for a crazy affordable price.
