I have had several easy set pools over the years, so I have a little background to compare. Also I waited till the second season before writing this review.As far as the pool, I havent had any leaks. There are a few reviews saying they have leaks, holes, or tears on the bottom. This can occur if you do not prep the ground where the pool will sit. Water is heavier than most people think, this pool holds about 15,000 lbs of water. So the ground needs be free of rocks or any debris that my puncture before filling up. Even after clearing my set up area, I still lay down a tarp and on top layer of sand. I started using sand for ease in leveling many pools ago but it is also great because it smooths the bottom so in the pool, its not lumpy and rough. Prep for the pool is absolutely imperative. You have try to get the ground as clear and as level as you can. Whether using sand or not.I have had many pools like these and the pumps are always small and skimpy. The bigger, more expensive ones have larger pumps but still not great at all for the size of the pool. The pump for this pool is no exception. It is important to keep the water flowing as fast as possible, so clean the filter often.No holes in the air tube yet, I have patched a many of the Intex tubes. Certainly by the second season or before because kids are careless. So far though, no holes leaking from the air tube. Just remember, the tube needs air in it. Doesn't have to be expanded super tight but you can't let it deflate. Add air if it's floppy from time to time.It's an okay pool. I am not a fan of the plastic hose clamps for the pump, nor the pump in general. All the pools like these have crappy pumps. But for the price I paid, it's been well worth it. That's why I am giving it 5 stars, the value is there. The pump will get you by, but if you are like me.. you might upgrade a few things over time.

This actually is a really nice little pool. The pump is small but works well and the cycles water at a much faster rate than I anticipated. The bottom diameter of the pool is about 11’6 and the top ring is a about 10’5 across. It’s shape is more like a cauldron, which I think is great. That shape actually provides the pool stability more so than the top inflatable ring. The top ring does leak slowly, but as long as we add a little air before the kids play it isn’t a problem at all for us. The sides are very thick and durable. The bottom is much thinner, so site preparation is very important. We placed our pool on exposed aggregate concrete, with EVA interlocking gym pads underneath. We also purchased those from Amazon. They protect the pool bottom and feel nice on the bottom when swimming. Pool water chemistry has been a bit of a learning curve but we have adjusted accordingly. I check it daily with test strips and our water stays clean and clear. My 6 yr old daughter and 4 yr old twin boys love love love it. :) My only regret is that I didn’t get the 14’ larger option because we had the space, and it was only 20 bucks more. The pool total height is 36 inches but the water height inside is right about 30 inches. Perfect for my smaller kids to stand comfortably and play, but deep enough to swim underwater. All things considered, it was a great purchase that I recommend, and would totally buy again. :)ps... we got the brown basket weave and I think it looks great and blends in well with the house and yard. Used lightly for two months. Solid flat ground with extra heavy tarp under it. Developed a 1cm hole along the seam closest to the filter. Ordered a repair patch to be delivered the next day. Woke up to the entire seam having ripped about 6 inches. I contacted the seller about a refund due to factory defect and was cited a 30 day return policy.Functionality while it was in use was fair.Does not come with a ladder which I found odd since the side comes up higher than hip level on an average sized adult. Pump seems to small for the volume of water. I changed the $10 filter cartridge every weekend and barely could keep up with optimal water quality, however my area has seen an abnormal amount of rain this year so I'm willing to secede that. Overall 0/10 would not recommend, if only for the poor customer service provided by the seller.My family gets a pool like this every year. They've always lasted well into the autumn months. Never had one do this before. And never had a seller refuse to refund an obvious factory defect.

I have had this pool for about a month now. It was frustrating to set up as the directions were not the best. The ground needs to be level to put this up.. or it will just go out and not up. It says you can be off up to 2 inches I found better luck with one… I used a lot of dirt to level and it is still not level across. Make sure to pull the sides up as you put water in.Overall, we love this pool and will get a ton of use out of it!

This pool has been great so far. We purchased at the beginning of May and have almost gotten daily use towards the end of May now. It was very easy to set up and just right for 2 girls ages 9 & 7! We easily fit a family of 4 into this too without feeling crammed in. Mom & Dad have even taken advantage of it alone without kids. This is our 1st time with a step up from “kiddie pools” and our 1st time using pumps and chlorine tabs etc. The instructions were very easy to follow and so far we haven’t wound up with a “green pool!” The price was very reasonable! I recommend this for anyone stepping up into a bigger sized small pool. Our kids LOVE IT! Great for cooling off on hot days!
