Really a good read!
The concept of this story struck me as interesting so I bought the book. It did not disappoint. I actually thought Cece might be haughty toward her cousin and was pleasantly surprised they got along so well. I liked the back and forth chapters until they met up. I’ll definitely look for more books from this author.

Highly Recommended
I love books that reveal the brighter side of human nature in surprising ways. Good Man, Dalton is a sweet confection you’ll savor as Midwesterner Greta Hansen arrives in New York City for a job that doesn’t exist—and discovers something better than money or fame.

Looks to me like it's written by 10 years old child
Maybe the book is OK for young teenagers, imperfect naive book

Hits you right in the feels
Good Man, Dalton begins with two very different stories that eventually converge in a fantastic way. It’s very much a story of “things are not always as they seem,” particularly on the internet. The author is able to hit you right in the feels like John Green, but without the heart in a blender pain typical of John Green. Once I got about 2/3 of the way through, I could not put it down. The ending is predictable, but it’s predictable in all the best ways, ending exactly how I hoped it would. I highly recommend this book!

Very interesting story.
As a published author myself, I would never have come up with this plot, but it worked beautifully. There are a lot of twists and turns in the story line, and the author does a really good job of showing the growing relationship between the two main characters. I give it five stars. Incredible read
This was a fantastic read. Karen McQuestion busted stereotypes with this story. The plot did not go how I expected at all. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters and to understand their unique motives. I am so excited that there is a second book in this series.

Feel good
Good man Dalton was on my the pile but kept cropping up in different places, as in Kindle adverts and different areas of Facebook . So I may (definitely) have skipped a few reads to read this early. I hadn’t long finished another book by Karen McQuestion, called Easily Amused, which I enjoyed immensely. The beginning of the book i found interesting because it began by not being a love or romantic tale at all. I thought from a few reviews I’d read it might be.I loved the way Greta is such a regular girl and Cece has a lot going on personally and I became keen to find out what was going on with her.Moments were touching for me and funny at times. There’s a very real point going through the book concerning ex veterans, which highlighted a real problem that is true in a lot of countries. To me Good Man Dalton-Is a feel good story (which could so easily be a film) with more going on besides.

Sweet story
I have this a four because it was an enjoyable but not too taxing read. The characters are nice and easy to follow with a happy ending.
