VERY DISAPPOINTED AND REQUESTING THE SELLER REPLACES THE PRODUCT
I brought this product and it was delivered on 18th April 2017. Initially the product was great. We are now on 21st May 2017 and the straighteners have failed. The straighteners come on but do not heat up, even after leaving them on for 15 minutes the power light remains flashing but the straighteners never reach the set temperature and you are able to touch the metal plates. The product is sold with only a 4 week return window, it does not make it clear if this also applies to faulty products. The product is advertised as having a 2 year guarantee but upon checking it is not obvious how to activate the guarantee or how to return a faulty products. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND REQUESTING THE SELLER REPLACES THE PRODUCT

Safety issue
This is the first item I have to be negative about,I unboxed the item and plugged it in no heat, changed the switch (doesn't show on and off) still no heat, brushed it through My beard and a light came on, it's so flimsy at the elbo it bends and makes whatever inside disconnect and reconnect,Safety issue, thrown in bin.The item is so flimsy,

Saw some adverts about this but it`s definitely not doing what it says. Not powerful enough to arrange the beard. It is good if you want to keep it warm. As built, cheap materials, nothing impressive.

Great quality and value
Great pair of straighteners, take seconds to heat up.The wire is the perfect length and the straighteners themselves do a great job, I can do my hair in just 15minutes. The accessories it comes with are handy

Good hair straighteners!
I bought these hair straighteners as the coating on my old ones had worn off. I saw these were reduced from £130 to £20 on Amazon so thought I'd give them a go! I wouldn't say they are as good as GHDs but pretty close. They came with some serum, heat proof bag and glove aswell which was a nice bonus. They heat up fast also. I bought these through Prime and got them the next day.

Received today very well presented and packaged opened them up to have a look and look like a great set of hair straighteners havnt used them as they are a gift for our daughter for xmas but can’t wait to have a go 😊

Great product. At first I thought is was using it correctly. However, the spouse showed me the best way and that is to wait for the comb to heat up and combing my beard slowly. I’ve gone from fluffy beard to sharp 300 style beard.
