I have used this product from LD for years. It has been dependable and works well for me. On occasion, the ink would not work when first installed, but placing it against wet paper towels for a couple minutes got it running. It has saved me a lot of money.

I used the ink for my home computer

We installed the black and color cartridge simultaneously. Both were great! The first black cartridge ran out, we put the other black cartridge in and NOTHING! We could not print anything whatsoever! We ordered ANOTHER package of 3 and the new black cartridge worked fine. The previous black cartridge lasted quite a while, we were very happy. Now, do we complain to the company, mail the bad one in, find another cartridge company, or bite the bullet and keep using this one. We're up in the air. I would assume most companies would be following their Amazon reviews and make things right with customers. I guess we'll see.

Bought a new printer and the cartridges worked just fine.

These ink cartridges didn’t work. I had to return them. I then paid full price for HP ink and that works.

Was a little sad that it wasn't what I had ordered(Ordered the original HP cartridge), but was sent a replacement but after reinserted it into my printer after several attempts, I finally got it to work. It is still printing so overall, it was a good substitute.
