I ordered 2, and the first box I opened was damaged. I’ve tried to return both, however they have only provided one return label, which can only be used on one box. I’ve requested the second label numerous times, with no response. Their only response is that they’ve received my first chair that I returned, but won’t provide refund until they receive second chair. So frustrating, and doesn’t even make sense as the purchase wasn’t for a pair, they are purchased individually, so there is no reason to withhold a refund once they received their product.
