Great model, not so great third party.
I'd give this 5 stars for the model alone, it's very cool. And the instructions being in Japanese really isn't any hindrance. The problem is, the model showed up partially assembled, if I had known it was a used item I might not have ordered it, or at least would have expected a lower price. I would advise NOT buying this from the seller "The Toy Vault".

A great little kit
A great little kit, which is the exact same as the higher priced kits of the same scale (1/100)The kit comes on 2 sprue frames with a total of 45 parts between them.There is a small amount of flash to clean up, but nothing serious.Many of the joints/seems will require some sanding to even them out and not leave a visible seem lines.Once again, nothing overly serious to deal with.The kit has a good level of detail allowing highly detailed panel line highlighting etc.However there are some details that are not molded in, and instead come on the decal sheet.Which is a shame.The instruction sheet is in Japanese, but the 7 assembly steps are easy to follow regardless.The flip side has a color page showing painting and decal placement.This is a great little kit and I highly recommend it to modelers of all skill levels.
