Moto4U Exhaust Slider Protector In Hexagon

Put on an m4 exhaust on an fz07 and fit perfectly. Haven’t gone down yet. So I’ll come back update if or when that happens lol.

Looks good and looks like it will provide good protection even if it only lasts one crash it’s worth $23 to protect my $800 pipe on my Crf 300 Rally.

My friend whiskey throttled and lowsided on concrete when he was trying out my bike. These affordable and good looking exhaust guards completely protected my exhaust. I have also bought some $70 guards from RevZilla, but I actually prefer these since it’s much easier to install and is more secure. The padding has adhesives that sticks to the backside of these guards, versus the R&G Hexagonal Exhaust protectors work by you having to manually place the rubber padding material between the protector and the exhaust and hold it there as you tighten the metal band, which ends up scrunching up the rubber pad

Bought for my crf450l with a yoshimura pipe. Fit was good. Needed a good cheap option for protection. Product does what it’s suppose to

This product is very cheaply made. It looks decent but I am not confident it will hold up in a crash. The clamp is very thin and seems like it will break.

I've used 4 of these and they're a good measure to mitigate damage to the exhaust during a light crash. Fits the Akrapovic for the RC390 and RSV4 nicely. Cut the excess worm clamp strap for a cleaner look.

Great Concept poor execution - I ordered the hexagon - and I'm not sure I received the correct one. It did say Hexagon on the outside but it didn't fit CBR1000rr, or aftermarket exhaust on an rc390. The only thing i nearly accomplished is scratching my muffler with the band. I really hope the Manufacturer reads this here are some thoughts: 1: the outer shell - the main pad should be a bit more larger and curved in my opinion 2: the outer shell - there should be some flexible material joining the 'wings' to the center pad - this would allow it to fit more bikes - as the outershell is very stiff and hard to conform to most shapes, but if it had small relief cuts or scoring between the enter pad and the wing to allow it to bend more that be great 3: the band.... ok i get it but the kit needs to come with a good amount of 1/2" to 3/4" fiberglass exhaust webbing. (there is no way im putting that rubber protector against my exhaust as it would totally melt. However if the kit came with fiberglass webbing id be more inclined to test it out. good overall design but - wouldn't fit bike If my concerns were met I would consider purchase it again but because of the shape and the non-flex outer shell if you would try to torque the thing down you will end up with large gaps in some places..... (imagine using a square box for a round item) it just doesn't fit as well as it could - so sadly am returning the item.
