I have arthritis in my knee and was about to schedule knee replacement surgery but then saw this and decided to give it a try in the hopes that it might make me be able to put off the surgery for a while. I’m a very skeptical person when I read ads and glowing reviews by other people, especially when you see only first names like, for example, “Sue from Indiana says........” or “Tom from California says......”. I always resent it because I think to myself, “Yeah, right, like I’m going to believe that a fake Sue or Tom’s opinion is going to change my view on something. Well, perhaps my review will sound fake now but I honestly found this product to perform as well or better than what’s been advertised! My knee pain, which was CONSTANT, has almost gone away completely. It’s still there a little - enough to let me know that my knee still will need replacement but hopefully that won’t be until far into the future. I cannot say with 100% certainty that SPROOS is what’s causing the pain to go away but what I can tell you is that SPROOS is the only change I made in my routine and right after I had my first drink of it I noticed within hours that the pain had lessened. By day three I was almost walking normally and I was shocked by that fact! I’m about to order another can of it and I highly recommend it. I can only attest to my own knee problem and I can say that this has really, really helped me walk almost normally again with very little pain

This stuff tastes great and I've noticed that it's easier for me to go through my exercise routine without my joints protesting.
