Cumplen muy bien su función. Yo las utilizo para hacer zancadas, con y sin mancuernas, y otros ejercicios que impliquen apoyar las rodillas. Amortiguan muy bien el impacto de la rodilla con el suelo.

Me gusto por que son cómodas y son ajustadas pero en una rampa caí y cuando me pare y cuando Vi las rodilleras ya estaban en mi espinilla, y las rodillas las tengo muy raspadas gracias a eso, deberían de ser más ajustadas
