Humanscale Switch Mouse SMUSB

My numbing pain has gone away. Just a few days with it and my wrist feels better! Worth the investment!

This mouse is absolutely great, when it works. The ergonomic design alleviated my wrist pain almost instantly. The mouse is very comfortable. I have owned two of these. The first one worked for a few months and then was no longer recognized by the computer. I contacted HumanScale and they suggested that I re-load the driver. This worked for about one minute. Since it was under warranty, they sent me a replacement mouse. The same thing happened with my second mouse, but this time, just out of warranty. I emailed them recently asking if they've fixed the flaw for I'd buy a new one. I said that if they hadn't, I would have to go to a competitor. I can't buy a new mouse every year! Well, I received no word from them. With my wrist in pain, I bought the Evoluent vertical mouse. I'm hoping that his mouse lasts longer than the Switch Mouse. Humanscale drove me to a competitor. If you want a mouse that won't last long connection wise, this is a good one.
