Organic Aronia Berries

I make my own "trail mixes", so I often look for dried fruits. Amazon allows me access to products I can't find in local stores. I have purchased frozen aronia berries at Whole Foods and know they are very tart. I like their taste. So, when I saw these dried aronia berries, I thought they would be great for my trail mix. I received the berries in a plain brown paper bag which didn't look anything like the packaging online. The berries were like eating hard to chew dust. I had never tossed an entire bag of newly purchased berries, but these went straight into the trash. A waste of money.
