I really debated whether to return this or not, so I took some time to think. This massager feels SO GOOD when it hits the right places and I don’t fault the massager for the simple fact that it isn’t made for my body type. I’m a fairly slim-built woman with very little body fat, and I think the major issue is the simple fact that I’m so slender.The massaging wheels are set so far apart that all it does is hit my shoulder bones and rib cage. Sitting it up at my neck was *almost* perfect, but it still required me to contort my body too much to hit the right spots. (However, once I got myself in the right position, it’s absolutely heavenly!)Sadly I just can’t justify paying for something that I can’t thoroughly enjoy…Aspiring entrepreneurs: Consider designing a massager just like this one, which can be adjusted by width somehow to adjust to all the different sizes of bodies. Maybe also make the spinning massager things smaller…?I’m still wondering if returning it was the right move, but the return window was closing and I had to make a decision.I give it 5 stars because I believe it’s probably perfect for people with normal bodies. It’s definitely a DEEP massage, which is exactly what I was looking for!

I got this on sale so it was worth the $16 and I've only used it once. I look that you can move it around and sit against it to create the pressure you want.It might be small because it hits my neck in the right places and in petite.

Considerably better than the wrap around shoulder band style. Fits the neck really well. Heat is mild, but it is there. I like that it just plugs in. Some of the batter life on other devices lasts 2 sessions and then die mid-way. This is just right, and hold the right angle for shoulders and upper back too.

This massager was a great Christmas gift to my mother and she just loves it! It works so well the heat level and the massage quality and the battery life is amazing on it.

If this thing ever goes out I will cry lol. I have a really bad back with torn disks and I get muscle spasms because of it. This thing helped me tremendously to relax.

The nobs are too far apart to massage both sodes of my neck at the same time. Motor seems weak and I can't feel the heat

I’m using this item as I type and it really is a great product. I’ve been using it since yesterday and I think my favorite feature is the heating feature. It’s easy to use, it’s not heavy and you can pretty much take it anywhere. The cable is long enough. The massage quality is good. I love using it while I work (I work remote) and the pressure may be too sturdy at times but you can change the “speed” and “strength”. Overall, it’s a great product. The only con for me is that it needs to be plugged in to work. Other than that, it works great.
