UPDATE February 2024 - I purchased this desk in 2016 and it has remained as useful and solid as the day I bought it. We recently moved house and the removal company lost some of the fixing bolts. I emailed the manufacturer and they immediately sent me a fixings kit with no charge, just a request to make a donation to their charity (which I did). So if you want a well-made desk that will last for years from a supplier providing fantastic customer service buy this one. --- As previously mentioned this is a really heavy item. It arrived on a pallet. I had to ask a neighbour to help me carry the package containing the desktop indoors but the supporting legs aren't heavy and assembly was quite simple apart from the pure awkwardness of it. Once assembled it is really solid. The price was good compared to similar offerings which may not be so solid. Our study now looks great and we're delighted with the purchase.

Weighs a tonne, i had difficulty getting it upstairs on my own. Not too difficult to put together - again i managed the 1800mm one on my own! When assembled it looks really nice and sleek and is solid as a rock - i also feel that it would disassemble reasonably well if it needed to be. Nice bit of kit!

The desk is well priced and very sturdy, It was easy to put together but I would recommend 2 people. The delivery only delivered to the door, not the room as originally advertised on the delivery notice and there is a small dent / scratch on the side which looks like it was to do with poor packing. I would buy again

This is a wonderful desk, but be warned: it's heavy. I almost had a heart attack carrying the big piece (desk top) upstairs to assemble it. When I recovered from the weight, it was very easy to assemble. It looks great, is 100% steady/stable/solid, and is now an indispensable part of my life.

Solid, Solid, Solid. Very well made, just wish that I had bought the wider 1800mm version. I bought the 1600mm right corner version and am now looking at ways of adding another 300mm to the left side end. Fortunately the product is strong enough to support the extra length ( And more ) The extension is only going to need to support very light weight. I just hope that I can find material that is identical in colour and quality for the extension. All in all I am well satisfied, and as a final note, as stated already, this product is HEAVY.

I bought this desk for my newly converted office, having looked at many others in stores and online. I really liked the classic look of this desk - functional but attractive - meaning it will fit into any style of office. It is easy to build, though is absolutely solid, which means quite heavy so, whilst I assembled it by myself, I appreciated a second pair of hands to turn it upright. The desk area is plenty big enough for a computer on the top with loads of space for desk storage and work. Underneath, there is enough room for a set of desk drawers and also a large dog bed with up to three dogs!

Really good, stable desk and great value for money. I've been using it every day for a few weeks now and it's still very sturdy. Do watch out for the installation instructions though, as they will be for a right hand desk (even if you bought the left hand one). They have you build the desk upside down so it would be easy to miss!
