I especially like this product from the perspective of oil on your fingers. I have a 14 inch Macbook Pro 2019 model, purchased in 2021 and I'm able to lay this down on my keyboard, close the lid without issues. I personally, have two of these and use one for cleaning my laptop screen and one to keep the oils from transferring from my keyboard to my monitor.Simple and easy to use, not requiring any liquid for cleaning the screen. This did come in a two pack when I purchased it and the second one sits in my laptop case just for cleaning. Overall, great product that is simple yet functional.

I've been using the UPPERCASE GhostBlanket for my MacBook Pro 16" for a few months, and it’s a solid 4-star product. The microfiber material feels premium and does an excellent job preventing keyboard imprints and oil transfers on the screen when the laptop is closed. It’s also great for cleaning smudges and fingerprints, leaving the screen spotless without scratches. The 0.4mm thickness is just right—thin enough to not interfere with closing the laptop but durable enough to feel like it’ll last.On the downside, it doesn’t cover the entire screen edge-to-edge, which might bother some users expecting a perfect fit. Also, washing isn’t recommended as it can deform the cloth, so you’re stuck with spot cleaning if it gets dirty. Despite these minor issues, it’s a reliable and affordable solution for keeping my MacBook’s screen pristine. Highly recommend for anyone looking to protect their laptop screen

This product is great value for the new MacBook Pro 16-inch to prevent oil and dust on your keyboard from transferring onto the screen when closing the device. Bottom line: you won't regret this purchase to clean and protect your expensive laptop. As advertised it is a microfiber cloth that performs well for cleaning fingerprints, dust, and smudges. If size and shape don't matter then mere microfiber cloths can be purchased more cheaply and in bulk. But there are few options large and thin enough to fit nicely in such a thin space while providing adequate coverage, and even fewer with pleasing aesthetics of clean edges and rounded corners. The closest alternative I found was nearly twice the price and wasn't an Amazon Prime product, so longer wait time and expensive shipping. The vendor-provided photos accurately show coverage. I would prefer the cloth cover the full keyboard and trackpad, but the sliver of uncovered region has not been an issue. The trackpad is recessed and the exposed region has not been a source of noticeable smudges on the screen (unlike fingerprints on the corners from opening the device!). A nice little feature is the logo on the corner. I use it to identify which side faces the keyboard. This prevents oils transferring to the cloth, and then unintentionally to the screen if the cloth is flipped so the oily side faces the screen.

Package of 2 cloths. Perfect size to protect an iPad Pro 13 nano screen when it’s closed into the Magic Keyboard as I try to prevent the keyboard lip from imprinting the nano-screen. It also cleans the prints on the nano-screen almost as well as the Apple polishing cloth. This ghost blanket is thinner than the Apple polishing cloth and covers the keyboard area completely.
