Newlly Nail Stamping Kit with 2 Rectangular Image Plates

The image plates are fine but that is all I got in the package. In the questions section there is a question asking if there's a stamper and scraper, and the seller themselves answered and said yes. This is NOT the case.

As mentioned in description, stamp and scrapper is not deliver. Totally overprice and waste. 1star is min. Thats y given

in the beginning i used to think that these stamping plates are useless because i did as shown in tutorials still did not get the result..but it all takes some tips and tricks and of course a lot of the practise!! :)
