Healthiest and tastes good
FANTASTIC!!!! If you are into the health benefits of ‘very first press’ oils, this is only one I am aware of made in continental US. Check the science on their website then check peer reviewed papers re oils.This is a thicker consistency than regular commercial virgin oils.On my tongue is tastes like fresh arugula greens... my friend says it’s like fresh ground pepper to his tongue. Either way. Verrry healthy and adds great flavor to meats as marinade and spices up a plain Cobb salad nicely.

Truly FRESH, organic and extra virgin at a great price.
Love love love this olive oil and these olives were harvested just a couple months ago! researched for about a week and learned a lot about olive oil from America and abroad and this was the company I went to for organic, extra virgin olive oil. The price is the same as I pay from my local olive oil shop, but provides the assurance that it truly IS organic. I used to but my olive oils from mediterrian countries. Then I read that it may start out organic, but it travels here on ships in huge plastic bags called "whales" and is spayed with insecticides which can leech thru the plastic. Some oils tested 300% higher than considered safe. I tried to purchase directly from this California grower, but they were sold out completely so I was grateful to be able to purchase it from Amazon.

My go-to olive oil
I’ve been searching for good olive oil lately. From what I have read olive oil is the most commonly adulterated food ever. The problem I have run into is not being able to purchase great olive oil at an affordable cost. Partly because it’s a larger bottle than a lot of the high end olive oils. This is one of the best deals I have found. It’s pricey but good food is and good olive oil is very good for you and tastes great. I’ve found my go-to olive oil. Thanks to Berkeley Olive Grove.
