Semi Liquid Polymer Gel Foot Arch Support - 1 Pair- Small

I have plantar fasciitis and was skeptical about this purchase because my other orthotics are custom made for me. I wanted a pair that I could wear with dressy sandals with a heel. My custom supports are to rigid to work in heels. These supports worked well for me when I wore them in 3" platform sling back heels. I wore the heels for about 4 hours with no issues. I tried them with a different shoe, a 2" strapy sandal and they were too thick and slid around too much for me to get them into position (probably because the straps didn't provide any type of barrier to keep them in place). I thought they were supposed to have an adhesive on them but they didn't. My conclusion is that, they work best for me with higher heels that have some type of wide side or strap to keep them in place. These supports were too thick for me to wear with flats. These are not a solution for all shoes but for the price, a great investment to allow me to wear cute heels again.

I bought these a couple weeks back and they work so well. They're simple gel arch supports that you can pop in into just about any shoe. I have flat feet and I've been purchasing all sorts of over-the-counter products over the years but none really helped. However, this product worked perfectly. Because they're made out of gel and soft, you won't feel any pain or discomfort that you may feel from other orthotics.
