Raven's Wand Oracle

They are beautiful cards. Love the pictures on all the cards.

These cards are truly special to me, as soon as I saw them I had to have them. They are very unique in comparisson to lots of the other oracle decks out there, the cards illustrations are just so mystical and magical, I did not expect the handbook to be equally if not more beautiful than the cards themselves. Lots of things are mystical but very few things can be so enchanting. I never write reveiws but this is such a special gift to me. I rate these cards 5 stars but I know they won't be for everyone and I don't want to overexcite someone for them to just get dissapointed when they arrive, they are not god, they are magical and beautiful but if you do not already feel drawn to them they might not be for you and keep in mind that just beacause one person loves them does not mean you will :) Well done Steven Hutton, your writing is beautiful and so cleverly worded as to let people figure it out for themselves and connect each illustration's personality with the meaning.

Steve Hutton truly understands the magical world. The detail in each painting is extraordinary, so many layers, each time you look at the cards you will see something new. They have a lovely energy and are a delight to use. Highly recommended.

Initially, upon opening the box and flicking through the guide book (before actually taking the deck out) I already had a three-star rating in mind-- of course, after flicking through the cards I fell madly in love with the wonderful artwork and I was spellbound for a solid twenty minutes while I admired each and every card. It is a fantastic deck for faery, folklore, little people, witchy and overall fantasy lovers; it is a deck I had to own in my collection as a fan of all the above!However, for the price, I expected more attention to the guidebook because it is fairly basic- straight to the point with a rather short snippet of insightfulness which I find crucial when working with an Oracle deck, especially as you rely on the guidebook for the message behind the card. Again, for the price more attention to details! I have decks the same price if not slightly cheaper that blow me away every time I open the box, purely because of the details such as an actual book-sized guide-book that has colour's, pictures and insight that feels genuine! I get the idea that because the deck is based on a popular book series it was created more for the artwork rather acting as the everyday companion deck that will give you powerful messages-- more of a merchandise/money ploy.It is a lovely deck, and while I'm very disappointed with the guidebook, the box is also kind of stiff and it's not really what I want or expect when I'm paying the same price for this deck as some of my more 'luxurious' should I say, I feel that maybe it should be lowered in price because of that simple factor and as it fits in with other deck's of the same standard.

I love this deck, the imagery is absolutely gorgeous and whimsical, and the readings pretty accurate too. Definitely a favourite!

Es un mazo muy bonito, de cartas grandes. El arte es maravilloso y conectas con él de inmediato. Sin embargo todo esto se ensombrece porque ya he comprado oráculos de US GAMES y se qué tan grande es su calidad y cómo tanto el mazo como el estuche vienen sellados con plástico.Está vez no fue así, me llegó un mazo abierto, tal vez usado, el que alguien devolvió, porque las cartas no venían selladas y estaban desordenadas y algunas de manera inversa. Lo mismo con la caja, que vino envuelta en una bolsa de nylon.Es terrible la sensación de recibir productos así, porque uno se siente estafado. 💔💔💔💔💔Al producto le doy 5 estrellas, porque su calidad es muy buena, pero por haber llegado sin sus sellos de fabrica, además que el envío fue eterno, le resto estrellas.

I have been on the look out for this deck since using it at a friend's store. They tried to get me a copy unfortunately it wasn't available. Jumped quickly to grab this one.Love it.

Côté qualité cartes / coffret, vu qu'il s'agit d'un jeu U.S. Games Systems, il n'y a rien à critiquer (la boîte avec ouverture magnétique latérale est particulièrement pratique).Sur le fond, c'est un oracle qui parlera particulièrement aux amateurs d'imaginaire / fantasy. La richesse des illustrations permet une utilisation intuitive et leur originalité est inspirante. Ce deck a un côté très feel good, c'est vraiment un achat que je ne regrette pas.

I love these cards, they are actually my favourite and I have quite a few. The artwork is beautiful and the images really speak to me.

The quality of this deck is extremely good, the case is a hard 'box like' with magnet closure. The images of the cards are a good render of their meanings, nice to look at with a friendly energy that allows you to tap into your intuition effortlessly. Cards are big to shuffle easily, definitely do not attempt to riffle shuffle them, they are not playing cards, better mix them on top of a table to maintain their integrity. The card stock thickness is flexible, not thick and hard. The book it comes with has good, deep descriptions of each card, and it is also well made, it has some spreads for you to try at the end of it.
