Versatile and Military Tough
This purchase was for use as my jump-bag in my personal vehicle when I'm not on duty as a paramedic. The last jump-bag I bought was very disappointing in its design. I've been exploring medical bags for a year or two now, and finally has a little extra cash so I went with this one. I am very pleased with it.Pros: It's extremely durable. Military durable. And the number of compartments and inserts makes it incredibly flexible in how you store things. I have a trauma section with lots of trauma supplies. An assessment section with BP cuffs, stethoscopes, pulse oximeter, glucometer, thermometers and such. I have an IV section with all those supplies, and an airway kit. All very organized, everything in its place, ready to go.Cons: As some others have noted, this is a BIG bag. I'm pleased with it because I carry a lot. If you're an EMT basic or first responder, or a paramedic who doesn't really want to get into advanced stuff off duty, this may be too big for your needs. If you're looking for something to carry a few dressings and a BP cuff and stethoscope and not much more, this bag will be WAY too big for you. A second CON is the number of straps you have to manipulate to open it. There are SIX quick-snap straps (you can see the buckles in the photo). All six of these must be opened before you get to step two of opening the bag, the zipper. That's a lot of undoing of things to get into the bag. I made the best of it by using the straps to hold my c-collars on one side. That makes the straps a bit more useful, but the whole "snap" "snap" "snap" "snap" "snap" "snap" "unzip" "unzip" just to get your BP cuff out seems like a lot of steps.Oh well, I still love the bag. It's an awesomely durable bag that can serve you well. I would buy it again.

Carry an Ambulance Without Breaking the Bank
I work as a full time EMT and wanted to make a full coverage pack in the event I got called out of bed or wanted to take a long trip and keep supplies at hand. This pack rivals the quality of the Blackhawk STOMP and has a very similar design without the price tag. The bag weighs a couple pounds on its own, but it is very well made. I compared the contents from the jump kit on our trucks (we use the Statpacks brand) to the bags carried by medics in the 82D ABN division (Ft. Bragg is my home away from home) and this bag is filled to the brim with a combination of the best gear used by civilian and military personnel. The point- this bag will hold what you want to put in it. And it is organized very well, too. I have IV supplies, down to locks and different sized catheters and not only is a space provided for everything you need, it holds them securely as well. I have taken this pack, as full as it is, on calls and on camping trips with friends. I won't lie to you and say that it is the most comfortable pack I've ever humped, but it does not inconvenience me nearly as bad as the worst pack i have carried. It simply feels like a pack. It is rather large on your back, so if you are looking for some other tacticool-covert-blacksops pack, you may want to spend the three to four hundred on London Bridge Trading or some similar sight. If you want to carry almost the entire contents of an ambulance, and at a more than fair price, this is your bag.

Fantastic but waist belt often comes undone
Love everything about the bag, but the waist strap often comes undone. Mine isn't defective, it's purely a design flaw. Great bag though, comfortable and well laid out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality medical bag for a decent price.

This IS NOT the same quality as Blackhawk STOMP
Don't be fooled please! Actually USE this Chinese "knock off" bag before you brag about it. This IS NOT the same quality as the Blackhawk STOMP bag. It is a nice bargain, yes, but the quality is not the same. The elastic hold down strap material used inside the Voodoo bag is VERY cheap and lost its elasticity the first time I used it. The zippers used inside and out are sub par quality. Again, it's an OK replica for low use or a shelf storage SHTF contingency but this IS NOT really for daily use by EMT's or combat medics. You always "get what you pay for" and this is no exception. Sorry if you disagree. Maybe you haven't looked very close OR compared it to a Blackhawk or London Bridge Trading (mil spec) bag? It is a handsome "knock off" replica for a layman or a prepper BUT NOT the real McCoy. Sorry..... I sold mine on eBay. Good riddance.
