Full of scratches. Too late to have another one sent for Xmas

Stunt scooter
Love the scooter but the board has a blemish of uncovered glitter like stuff which is smooth and shiny in one place . Also a scratch on the handlebar and stem I have since noticed. It obviously hasn't been used yet for this reason as I'm going to contact the seller
