It cuts cans leaving no sharp edges and it works well what more can I say. This is my second one and the first lasted 9 years.When this one stops I will buy another.

Its super easy to use and its solid and seems well made. Its not loud at all which kind of surprised me as I had memories of the older openers that sounded like a truck running at full speed. It has a built in bottle opener which is nice but the way it opens the cans so they don't have that razor edge is the real show stopper. We have kids and I was worried about the sharp edges on the can lids and this opener makes the can lids safe to toss without worries of getting cut. Overall I just feel fancy and after all we live in the future so why not enjoy it, treat yourself.

I bought this product right before going on vacation, so I didn’t get a chance to use it until some time after I returned. When I finally tried to use it, it didn’t work—at all. It doesn’t cut the cans. It only leaves a mark and doesn’t pierce through. This was our first time trying to use it, and it's completely useless.I’m not sure if it was damaged in transit or if I just got a defective unit, but it’s clearly not functional. What’s worse is that it’s now just outside the return window, so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work. That’s incredibly frustrating.I had purchased a similar one before which I was using but decided to take that one to our vacation home—that one still works perfectly. I only bought this second one because I needed one for the house before we left. Now I’ve realized this is a slightly different model. The one that works doesn’t have a bottle opener, but this one does—so something clearly changed in the design or build.Bottom line: I would not recommend this model. The earlier version worked. This one doesn’t.

I was against ordering this can opener thinking a handheld can opener was just fine. I was wrong. This can opener is easy to use and I like the way it opens the cans without sharp edges that cut trash bags. This can opener changed my mind and is a good value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best electric can opener I’ve ever had! Perfect for pretty much any size can and it’s easy to use. Love the design and includes both a bottle opener with built in knife sharpener. Also love how it eliminates the sharp lid edges. No more using crappy manual can openers.
