Happy with this, I can't eat much dairy and my calcium levels on a blood test were fine thanks to taking this supplement.

I chose this form of calcium for high absorption, after reading a lot about different calcium compounds

I took it for 2 days until I realised I was having arrhythmia because of these. I never had arrhythmia in my life before. Stopped taking them, arrhythmia stopped too. Too much of a coincidence. Never again. Dangerous.

I was taking calcium because my blood test showed low levels. After a week starting this supplement I developed extreme muscle and joints paint. I carried on taking it because I didn't know it was causing these horrible and very painful symptoms. My doctor did some testing and we found out this supplement was causing toxicity in my body. After 3 days stopping the supplement pain started to go away. Very dangerous product!!!!!

Don't buy this, because it's not calcium citrate... This photo proves it all. I opened a capsule to pour it into the water and stood there for hours and not dissolved, and out of curiosity I bought a different brand of calcium citrate "Tom Oliver" I did the same with a capsule and to add the powder in the water, immediately the podwer dissolve, because it's pure calcium citrate

Capsules difficult to swallow so I open these up but they do t dissolve in water which is worrying as calcium citrate is supposed dissolve very easily.
