It makes ice.
When I say it makes ice - it does. However it doesn't stay frozen and if not used it melts and remakes ice. Not a problem for us but for those who want to buy an ice maker that makes ice and keeps it frozen while you turn it off - this isn't for you. The product doesn't claim to do this and as I said it is no problem at all.

Great product
Great item.Produces loads of ice fairly quickly.The ice bucket doesn’t hold that much, so I tend to decant the ice and put in the freezer.You need to keep filling with water and emptying the ice or it stops.My only issue is that the cubes are not that big,But, I love it anyway

It’s a very nifty kitchen toy and comes in very handy for every day use. A bit noisy though...
