My hubby who is 6 foot and 220 and myself who is 5'9 and 180 can both use all the equipment in this kit. Everything is sturdy and had multiple uses. These are a great Addition to our home gym. Love that the kit came with workout ideas

Talk about ripping your abs to shreds! The Wheel works Great! The price was fantastic for this boxed set. I use everything but the jump rope... I may give it a try this week. A Great Buy, and the quality was good too.

Pros: Overall, it's a great bang for the buck. It's compact and portable. Nothing is over the top fantastic, but everything is sturdy enough and gets the job done.- Pushup Bars: smaller and less stable than expected. But not to the point where I feel unsafe. It's made of aluminum, grips a little thin. Thus far, I've done standard deficit push-ups as well as feet elevated on a weight bench... I like them.- Ab Roller: came in 4 pieces (wheel, bar and handle covers). As long as the covers go on all the way, there's no wobble. Great experience thus far.- Jump Rope: Havent tried it yet, but feels light, perhaps an ok speed rope?- Sliding Discs: Worked and felt as expected, nothing negative to note.- Vice Grips: Good, definitely great for beginners.- Knee Pad: decent cushion, but could be wider. Better than nothing, best for smaller folks (I'm 5'6", 165lb btw, Classic Physique-esque bodybuilder body)...Cons: Again, everything is good, not great. Unless you're giant person or want something that can handle ultra-heavy wear and tear/beating, then it's not for you.100% Recommend the product. Will update with videos as time goes by.

Hand grip too light roller wheel stick and the parts looks like garbage. But wheel is ok. It should m m ore better. Jumping rope is good. Push up stuff is good but must be more better material. It’s looks like made in China.

Actually nicer than I thought and looked. Built well and is pretty good quality. That ab roller really does the job.

I would love to recommend this product it tones your body so amazingly I use to not have a tone but I started to exercise with something easy and this worked I have a toned body and really love this product I would recommend if your starting to exercise and don’t want to buy the equipment that’s really expensive
