I didn't do as the headline suggests and as a result the item fell twice from the wall. It is important to clean the area and dry it before applying the rails and make sure that the screws/buttons are pushed in very tightly. On the third try I did this and now all is well and it has not moved for nearly two months ... and I don't foresee it moving at all.

Good product, would've loved it if the suction sucks and capped nuts were made of steel too instead of chrome plated plastic, the sellers were very quick and responsive in replacing a faulty part and it's much appreciated. 5 stars for their service but I'll stick with 4 for the product.

Didn’t think it was going to fit properly at first as the screws didn’t seem long enough. Also I though the space between the towels looked wider than they were. It looks nice but not sure it will stay securely in place but I really hope it does as it’s suitable for where I need it

Great item. Holds to tiling perfectly. Can hold a fair amount of weight.

DO NOT BUY THIS. This was such a waste of my money. It’s too heavy to even stay on the wall properly. I think the reviews on here are fake.
