Really good body energy
Best gels ive had these.real nice body energy.the difference between heavy,dead legs,and being able to keep a good pace in last few miles of a Half mara.fast acting.a bit light headed afterwards,but soon wears off👍👍👍

Reliable and as tasty as gels get
I’ve run several marathons on these. Gentle on the stomach, slightly more calories than other brands and a fairly natural apple crumble flavour. I take one on the start line then every 40 minutes. Become a little sickly after number 4. Please remember to bin the wrappers - don’t litter them.

Advertised as a pack of 15 gels but only 14 delivered. Needed urgently for an event otherwise would have returned for full refund.
