If you're wondering what size to get a cockapoo/larger cavapoo go for a small! We've tried a few coats before and he hated them all, would immediately try to get the off or be difficult if we wanted to put it on him. The zip being at the back rather than the front solved this problem for us, the built in harnedd is perfect and sturdy as he is a puller , overall he loves it and it looks amazing.

My husky hates the back leg straps he just won't move, I thinking the elastic pulls his hair , The zip is a little awkward and fiddly too .

It’s well made, worth the money. It’s the second time that I have ordered the same jacket but this time a different colour. It fits the dog perfectly. Love it.

Perfect fit for my Golden Retriever. He’s 13 now and I’ve bought many a jacket over the the years. Best buy to date. Can’t comment on being waterproof, as we’ve had not rain since it arrived, but it does seem to keep him warm enough on his walks and easier to dry him off when we get home. When rolling on the frosty grass his back stays dry.

To big for my dog and it was right size I measured

I brought a red coat for my dog who’s similar size to a cocker spaniel, last year and it has been a great coat. It did come up big even though I measured her. I have just brought the coat in orange for my little cross breed who weighs 8 kilos. She was between the x small and small size so I decided on the x small and I’m glad I did because it is still a little big. It will keep her warm and hopefully a bit cleaner on walks. It’s so much easier than the hassle of putting both a coat and a harness on a bouncing dog eager for their walk!

Had difficulty finding a coat with dimensions suitable for our rescue, Istrian, Corse haired Hound as when one dimension was correct to others were not. Settled on this coat as the mid back lead connection is better for this dog.As the back zip opens all the way the two sides fall apart and it can be quite a job to get the front feet in the holes whilst trying to keep the sides and harness from tangling or falling down. Best with two people. Once On the coat is fine and the dog seems happy with the neck band. Lighter than I thought and can not comment on rain proof as only used it in current cold spell. Had to wash it due to an accident and it has come up fine. Will probably become more expert in time at putting it on myself but better with someone to hold the sides in place before the zip can be slid along. If it fits your dog then go for it.
