The case I had for my insulin pens wore out and I needed a replacement. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I started shopping. I was looking for one that would hold two pens and needles and alcohol swabs. This is working well for me. The only thing I would change if I could would be to give it a little more room in the interior.

I bought this as a back up in case I lost the first organizer I purchased on amazon. this is a little different but it works well even just for the day when I would meet my friends for shopping and lunch. everything worked perfectly.

The Diabetic Daymate carrying case is good for traveling. The last time I went traveling I did not have a traveling case for my insulin. This is a good thing to have when you are traveling.

I bought this case to carry a Victoza pen and keep it below the 86 degree top end of the medication's safe temperature. The freezer pack stays cold for most of the day, but it is just cool by the time I get home. Obviously when I leave for work in the morning it is cooler outside than when I get home in the afternoon. As we get closer to the heat of the summer there will be days when the temperature exceeds 86 degrees and the freezer pack makes for a little added insurance. If we have a particularly hot summer I may have to refreeze the pack in the kitchen at work.With the Victoza pen I have never had the medication feel like it was colder than when I keep it in the refridgerator. I do not believe pen users will have the issue that insulin users were reporting where their needles were freezing, because in this case the freezer pack and medication are never in direct contact.

I bought this for my dad. He loves it and uses it every day. It is the perfect size for his pen and other items he needs.

The case does not have a inner liner that assist in keeping the ice pack solid long. The inner layer is the same material as the outside. The material is tough and strong but without the liner it just does not last an 8 hour trip which is what most people need when they travel by air or drive a long distance.

this product is great for traveling and thats how we will use it. we originally wanted a carrying case for daily use and eventually found it on amazon.

As an over the road truck driver I spend long hours every day traveling. This product was adequate for a few hours before it needs to be refrozen. Freezer pack just doesn't last. Luckily I only use Victoza which is not as susceptible to heat as insulin. The case is large enough to to hold several pens though.
