I have been using this lotion for years. I use it under my foundation as a base and as a sunscreen. It is rated well by WHO for ingredient safety and that was what I was looking for. Some reviewers complain that it goes on too white and it does but that has never bern an issue for me. You just have to blend it in well. I mix it with a little coconut carrier oil and that helps too. Works for me.

It's a nice product if you have very dry skin.I liked it but unfortunately it gave me White little pimples. I think it was because of the olive oil.Olive oil can be good moisturizer but also could be the cause of pimples on some people's skin.I guess I am one of these.If your skin will be OK with Olive oil, it'll be good for you. No white cast, nice smell.

This product leaves your face pure white. I bought it in February, thinking to use it beginning in April, when the sun is hot and damaging in PA. When I applied it in April I was very surprised that the chalky white color stayed on my face! I went back to the product description and read ALL the fine print, but there was nothing indicating that the product would leave a white residue on the skin. I contacted the seller, who stated the description did say the product left a white residue, but I copied/pasted the description/details to the seller to tell them nowhere in the description did it say this. Seller told me I could send it back for a refund, but would have to pay shipping. Won't deal with them again.

I bought this product because of it's fantastic list of natural ingredients. I've been searching for a natural, daily spf moisturizer and thought I found it with this product. I'm very sadly disappointed because it made my face white as a ghost! It's extremely thick and "sticky" and it was difficult to spread evenly across the skin because of this consistency. It felt worse than the thick foundation makeup used on stage. It almost had a pearlescent sheen that never quite soaked into the skin. It was worse than my actual SPF 50 zinc oxide face sunscreen. I tried this product twice and it was extremely obvious it was not going to be a keeper! 1 star product, but 2 stars for trying really hard to be the perfect natural spf product.

Due to the ingredients it is very white on your skin but I mixed it wil a little additional lotion on my body and mixed it with my foundation and applied it to my face without using my makeup brush (because it’s difficult to clean from a make up brush) and it’s really lovely. You may have spots where you look dry as the ingredients build up on a dry skin spots but it isn’t drying at all, you feel soft and skin is moist and not oily. Also it smells very good. It is no more white on your skin than anything else using the same ingredients without a tiny. Plus is it’s good ingredients for your skin and moisturizing!

Love this stuff. If you are looking for a light daily moisturizer that also gets a great Environmental Working Group score (meaning no harmful chemicals), this is a winner. It leaves no white residue, smells pretty nice, and gets the job done.

Very good product

Not a fan of the smell, but I bring myself to use it so it doesn't go to waste.If I use too much, my face is all white. I guess that's just the downside of using a physical sunscreen.The pump and bottle itself are great and I love that it comes with a cover for the pump so it doesn't spill by accident.I would by again, but a different scent and I'd have to wear it sparingly or with foundation or BB cream over it.
