I've tried other lightly salted, shelled pistachios and there is a HUGE difference in taste with these. They're even greener and bigger than the others and the salt just enhances the flavor, it doesn't make the flavor. I recommend scooping out a serving first so that you don't eat them all in a sitting.I remember some years ago when my mom and I were on an Amtrak trip in California, she asked a few of the conductors or train attendants what the miles of trees were. She had to ask several because none of them knew that the trees were nut trees but they ALL knew the name of the prison they called the "university". I kinda laughed at the time, but we were a little fascinated by how neat and tidy the trees were, how they grew in a sculpted valley surrounded by beautiful mountains. To know that when I'm eating almonds and these pistachios I'm eating a product that I saw, that's grown in my country, in a state I lived in, I feel good about that. Now THAT is worth bragging about! Being able to tell a passenger where they're traveling through is paramount. And being able to tell them about one of California's greatest, WONderful gifts, an American staple, instead of a prison which most people would want to avoid and possibly fly over, is the real quality. We probably would have taken a tour if we had time.Regardless, those farms and orchards look good! These pistachios are excellent! I wouldn't write this long of a review if they weren't top shelf!

This is a big bag filled up half gallon ball jar and then some. Tasty, really fresh. It's not a large pistachio, medium size. A nice amount of sweetness in this nut. Very few nuts that were un opened, no nutcracker needed. The salt is mainly on the exterior of the shell and I would not consider this to be too salty. This nut is great for the microbiome according to Steven Gundry Md. Needless to say I finished this bag in a couple of weeks.

These pistachios are absolutely amazing! They arrived super fresh, with a satisfying crunch and just the right amount of salt. The shells are easy to open, and almost every nut was whole and flavorful. Great for snacking or adding to recipes. Definitely worth buying again!

Another favorite and good for you. When you order for you hope that it is Fresh and Tasty and we hit a home run on these. Taste good, not overly salty, and Addictive, I like to eat them over a salad

I've ordered these a few times. Pistachio nuts have been fresh each time. I hate stale nuts so their freshness is important to me. Often nuts bought at store are less fresh than those delivered.

I buy these a lot. Some bags are better than others for sure. But when they are good, they are great! So addicted.

Peeled, toasted and salted pistachios are an ideal appetizer. They are crunchy, tasty and have just the right point of salt. The toasting enhances its nutty flavor and the salt adds flavor without being excessive. Their shell makes eating them satisfying and helps control portions. They are of excellent quality and always fresh. They can be eaten alone, in salads or in desserts. They are a healthy and delicious option that I definitely recommend.

I love these pistachios. I have a wonderful neighbor and I give her some every time I order them. I am on a fixated income and I try and get them every other month. They are absolutely delicious.
