Works for 25 Year Old Urinal
Took a chance. I'm not an expert at urinals so didn't know if the urinal was a Sloan Royal or Regal. Rolled the dice and won. Whomever replaced the diaphragm before tightened the begesus and I needed to persuade it a little with my channel locks. Thank goodness the control-stop worked. It's not my place and I'm just the today guy so I don't know where is the water main shutoff.

A Less expensive alternative
These are less expensive than the entire kit, but can be changing them is quite dirty and filthy to replace on the stem. Wear gloves because usually the old diaphragm is messy.
