I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rollsby putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich.(not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Amazon UK...

Just started using this and I’ve replaced with with chemical serums for my face and using it on my hair and skin too. Not greasy feels so nice and makes my skin feel smooth supports moisture as I have dry skin not alone I combine it with my moisturiser- Love it!

It gives such a nice, roasty taste to the food, as well as it’s super healthy. I don’t like pumpkin seed even though I would need to eat it for my health, but have no trouble consuming the oil. It was a little scary for first as it’s green in colour, but the seeds are green too. The only issue is that I find it a little expensive.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this tastes with no weird aftertaste at all. Has a nutty flavour, not greasy. A light oil. Great for food, on skin and hair too. Great all rounder. Will purchase again.

Am I dissapointed? Yes.I'm from Eastern Europe and grew up with pumpkin seed oil in my daily diet.Homemade or store bought, they all taste strong flavoured, thick and dark green colour, not to forget that all were and are organic!That goes for a pumpkin seed oil whether it being Austrian, Slovenian, Hungarian or other EU country, all top class in every aspect.This has neither of that, so makes me wonder what or how did they get it so wrong.Probably mixed with something or diluted to nothing like water.No taste, no smell, no colour, looks like car oil.Now that I live in UK, I'm dependent to getting it online and this sadly was a mistake purchase.Price is more than affordable for pumpkin seed oil which should have been a giveaway that quality won't be.
