These seem every bit as good as the headphones that came with my Samsung ever so long ago. The earbuds do not make a tight seal in my ears, which diminishes the quality of the bass, but when I press them in (simulating the fit of someone who doesn't have a giant head), they sound as good as any headphones I've used. I'm very happy with these headphones, and will likely order them again when these wear out.

I ordered a pair of these from Amazon (not a marketplace seller) for $6.83 in March 2015 and got the genuine Samsung-branded article, not a knockoff as some other reviewers have experienced. They crapped out after 169 days of near-daily use (that's five months, two weeks and two days -- just shy of six months) when the cord developed a short where it connects to the plug.They're a decent value for the money, but I'll probably be replacing them with something different. As earbuds, they're fine; fit and function are good, except for the volume control being way too close to my face to be of any use. As a headset for making and receiving calls, however, this product is terrible. I've used this headset with multiple Samsung phones and everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has said they could hear people and noises in the background much more clearly than they could hear me.Wind noise is also an issue. Once I was outside walking slowly through a parking lot with no appreciable wind and the person I was talking to on the phone said it sounded like I was in the middle of a hurricane. With no sidetone, the only way you'll know about wind noise is if the person on the other end of the line tells you about it.If you primarily want cheap earbuds for listening to media, this is a good value. If you want a good quality headset for talking on the phone, though, look elsewhere.

If you want incredible sound out of your earbud headphones, these headphone are not for you. If you want to have a couple headphones hanging around that you do not have to worry about getting lost or broken because you did not spend much on them, I would highly recommend these headphones. The controls work fine on my Samsung Note 3, but I do wish they were lower down on the cord. The controls are located around the side of my chin.

Well, I got 3 pair of these because 2 of ours (wife and I) had failed after about a year or so... She already had another pair of earbuds she got from a friend so I opened one of these new ones up. Worked fine for almost a year then blam! One side went out (left)... So, I opened up another one and started using it... Failed after just a month! Same thing (one side stopped working) except this time it was the right side! So, on I go to the third pair... well, it didn't even work properly at all! One side (back to the left again) - no sound... Price is right, but I think I am going with a wireless setup this time around...

Purchased this headset thinking it was identical to my Samsung S5 packaged headset. My packaged headset was able to change songs on Pandora with ease, and the control on the cord was more reaponsive. This headset can not change songs, the function of the controls is not the same and can be tedious to use. The sound quality is pretty decent as well as the tangle free capability.

My experience with  Samsung OEM 3.5mm Tangle Free Stereo Headset with Microphone for Samsung Galaxy S4/Galaxy S3/Note 3 - Non-Retail Packaging - White  is that they're okay, but prone to malfunctioning if one of the earbud cords gets caught on something and thereby has some tension put on it. After replacing them a few times, I looked for an upgrade in quality without a substantial increase in cost. I bought the  Original Xiaomi Piston III Headphone Xiaomi Headset Earphones with Remote & Mic By Bravodeal , but from a Chinese website, not from Amazon. They cost me just over twice as much as the Samsung earbuds. Even I can tell that the sound quality is much better. And so far, they've survived a few catching-on-something-and-pulling incidents.

I loved these headphones, they are the loudest headphones I've ever had. They are great for watching movies and listening to music, even exercising. However, the one thing I would change is my ability to adjust the volume. I would like for the headphones to not only adjust my phone volume when I am on the phone, but also adjust my volume when I am playing music. But all in all a great buy, would definitely recommend

The headphones are good. The earpieces stay in your ear comfortably and the sound quality is good enough. my only issue is the positioning of the microphone and controls on the wire. Its a little high up. But other than that I'm satisfied.

Happy with the product. It has Samsung on the side and all the buttons work but after a few weeks the bass starts to flutter and cord is weak by the input Jack didn't last more then a few weeks but I was pretty hard on it and for the price who cares? Buy 3 .

The item arrived on time. It looks very similar to the original Samsung earbud but does not sound as good. The sound is very flat and lack bass. The volume button and microphone functions properly. I am keeping this earbud because I intend to swap the speakers with my old ones when the cable go bad.

I found that the sound volume between the left and right sides are not the same. It was louder on the left. These are stereo so with the volume difference between them, which I think might be a loose wire or something, it's just not good sound.

Its one the best ones out there. I've tried a few others and they have ended up being very low quality. I would definitely recommend it! I'm actually ordering another one soon. Hope you have the same experience as me.

Fantastic headphone. I usually use the OEM headphones, but this is the top-of-the-shelf quality.Definitely recommend to someone who likes good quality, yet cheap price headphone.
