Manic Panic Highvoltage Lipgloss, Radioactive, 0.24 Ounce

I purchased this vegan product specifically for to its features: handy mirror on the side, and built in illuminating light on the cap, sadly I was disappointed the illuminating light did not work. I bought another one in a different color and loved it.

This lip gloss is highly pigmented and has a great cupcake flavor!It doesn't have any lip plumping ingredients but the gold glitter and red color give the illusion of fuller lips.Cruelty free is a major plus!It also comes with a mirror on the tube and a light.I highly recommend this!

I really love this colour, but have a hard time keeping it from bleeding around the edges. It smells like frosting and is shiny but not sticky.

I bought this and another colour more or less on a whim. So far I've liked everything from Manic Panic and this lip gloss is no exception. It ended up being the PERFECT colour for me, true pink with a little bit of gold shimmer. It's shiny but not too sticky and smells like frosting! (However, the light under the cap doesn't work. I didn't buy it for that so it doesn't really matter.)
