This is non-abrasive. When you put it in your hand and add water you can feel the abrasiveness, but you're suppose to rub it until all the abrasiveness is gone and then wash your face. It leaves my face feeling soft. You don't need a lot, but then again it's your preference. I have 3 other Tacha products to go with the Rice Polish. I love them all. I use them very sparingly because they are expensive.

This exfoliator is amazing for sensitive skin—it’s super gentle, non-abrasive, and leaves my face feeling smooth without irritation. A little goes a long way, and the rice-based formula gives a nice, soft polish without being harsh. PRO TIP: As a licensed esthetician, I can tell you that no exfoliator should be used daily! Stick to twice a week max to avoid damaging your skin barrier. Use it wisely, and your skin will thank you!

I’ve always struggled with really dry skin and used to rely on Vaseline like a bad habit. I finally decided to invest in better skincare and switched to the Thatch exfoliator wash, along with their moisturizer and skin balm. It’s been about two weeks, and I already feel a noticeable difference my face feels more hydrated, and I have significantly used my Vaseline less. Definitely feels like a step in the right direction for my skin.
