The item is salt. Arrived on time and full of saltiness.

Between autonomic neuropathies and endocrine diseases, there are a lot of conditions that require salt to improve your livelihood. I used to have no capacity to get through a full day. Taking these lets me have enough energy to not desperately want a nap in the middle of the day, keep my muscles from aching, keep my blood volume up, and who knows what else but it helps more than my prescriptions at this point. Compared to other salt tablets, this one is more condensed, so I only need to take 3 a day for good effects compared to 6 for other brands. The texture also doesn't get stuck on my tongue when I try to swallow like ThermoTabs. Glad to not have to eat soup everyday anymore for my salt intake!

These pills have been a lifesaver for my POTS! Doctor recommended, started out taking 6/day with fluids and adding sodium to my diet. Ended up adding a 7th when I got sick and my throat couldn’t handle G2 for months. Have really helped with my tachycardia and shakes! They do feel expensive, but definitely worth it. Of course, I wish insurance would cover them, but no. I got over the salty taste and just swallow them down quickly with the rest of my pills. I take everything with food to avoid stomach issues. I’ve had very little problems with breakage, so no complaints there. I do wish there were a small price break at the bulk level, at least. I’m going to try the 1000 bottle, just for convenience since I take so many. The only other thing I wish is that I could add it to my “Subscribe and Save”! I need my order regularly, running low is the worst. At least their shipping is fast and awesome.

This is great if you need more sodium in your diet. I use them because a medication I take tends to lower my sodium, so my PCP has me on these salt tablets. It seems to do the trick.

Thrilled to have three bottles of salt tablets handy. One for work, one for home, one for my purse. I have been on a very low carb diet for 2 1/2 years and struggled the entire time to get my electrolytes right. Now, I'm finally feeling good since I've add 3 or 4 of these tablets to my daily routine. This is exactly what I needed. So glad I researched sodium more and found these tablets. As others have stated, be sure to drink a full glass of cold water if taking on an empty stomach to decrease the risk of vomiting. DO NOT TAKE WITH A WARM BEVERAGE (LIKE COFFEE), UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO VOMIT.
