Q: What is the difference between the 1 star, 2 star & 3 star versions?

The size of property, 1 star for a small one bed flat, 2 star a house up to four bedrooms and 3 star larger properties

Hi, You can always buy a new coil set which will allow you to 'double' up the coil which has been shown recently to improve the performance. Thanks

Yes it can be installed before or after the stopcock and on plastic pipes

Q: We have a gravity fed central heating with a ball valve controlled tank in the loft. Will this work on the whole plumbing system ?

Yes, but fitted to Rising Main some treatment is lost going into the tank
