This was just as good as sweet cream! It worked just as well with my belt. I would recommend washing your hands before touching your face or anything else, naturally. It does have a menthol smell (slight-not noticeable) and the components of it does help you to feel the burn.

I love this product so far. Used it for the first time this morning for my walk and I was sweating everywhere. Took my tummy belt off and was dripping in Sweat! Trying to lose weight and with this and how much it makes me Sweat I know I will achieve my goal.

I started buying this at Rock body.com before Amazon and now that it's here and it's still the same and it still works great and I don't have any complaints. But I do say that in order for you to feel the burn you must take a shower first to open your pores so that the cream can start burning the fat inside and you will start to feel the burn a lot faster than when you're putting it on when you're not showered so as soon as you get out the shower dry up quick and put the cream on and you will feel the burn faster

I love using workout enhancing cream not only are they creamy and moisturizing they really increase the sweat ratio which subsequently helps lose weight. This is my first order of this particular brand and I love everything about it especially the individual packets. I also love the price for the amount you get. I love the heat effect and the way it makes me sweat along with my waist trainer. The product smell okI placed it on in one area to test it out it burned so bad my right side felt like I was being torched and I did not use an entire pack I refuse to give to someone or reuse. BE careful

I did a test like they said to and I was fine. When the gel Ignites it starts to itch a lot then it heats up. It wasn’t pleasant at all until I wore it for 30 mins when it was fading. I got this as a cheap alternative to the TC1 gel and I should have just got it instead. I don’t recommend this.

All I can say is sweat and more sweat it even is a great detoxify help to trim the belly and clean out the nasty mess we eat that was the first thing I notice heats up really well let's you know it's working second box for me it's a keeper

I gave it 3 stars because it makes u sweat and does what it needs to do, however it burns really bad and made me itch. When I get it the shower and the hot water falls on my skin it burns 🔥 . Not a comfortable feeling
