I put this as a dry rub for some steaks. Gives a kick but doesn't overpower. However, be careful, it is very spicy. This is from someone who grew up eating spicy food.Also good with goat cheese!

I LOVE THIS PEPPER
My first experience with the Reaper..... I LOVE THIS PEPPER! has a bit of Habanero fruitiness , but with a distinct earthiness to my tongue.i like the fact that i can add intense heat to certain cream sauces without the clunkiness of adding vegetable matter .i'll to add 1/4 tsp to 1 cup nonfat pain yogurt , which i use as a dip , or add to tacos and quesedillas . For Asian foods , i like to add a littleto my saute oil for PadThai , and dust my sushi and sashimi with it in place of wasabi .i find myself making food as a simple medium for the heat .....just an excuse to taste the Reaper !kyle
