Product and Support in good conition
Received the PC and everything looked great from the outside but when I tried to power on it failed. I contacted the supplier and they sent back instructions to re-seat the memory. I followed their instructions and now the PC is working jut fine. Very happy with PC...great deal.

Great laptop!
When I received the laptop the condition was like new. The screen was large and the computer ran fast. I love my new laptop! Definitely would recommend!

Advertised as looking like new, but, arrived scratched dented and dinged up
Avoid. Advertised as looking and functioning like new. Mine arrived dirty, dented, dinged and scratched. I have sent multiple inquiries to the vendor who will not respond. Avoid this if you are looking for a machine that doesn't look like it's been handled by a gorilla. The actual function of the machine seems to be fine. I would recommend going elsewhere however.

Check the unit carefully before the warranty period expires.
The laptop works OK so far, but arrived without a battery installed. We had been using the adapter and did't realize the battery was missing until we finished software configuration and unplugged it for field use.The supplier promptly provided the battery, but it was also missing the rather special mounting screws for the battery that are not found at the local hardware store. The supplier then followed up with screws.So it makes us wonder about the quality control at the refurb shop. Had it not been for the battery problem the unit is working fine, but that's a little bit of the "Other than that how was the play Mrs. Lincoln."

BUYER BEWARE - CHARGERS DON'T WORK!
The laptop is beautiful when it works. But I am on the second charger. The chargers are awful. It takes me playing around with the cord and getting it in exactly the right position for the charger to make a connection. Then I need to walk away slowly. I can't use the laptop while charging because if I move it, the charge disconnects. The charger is loose. The first one was loose. The replacement was loose. When I complained, the response was I will send another, but its the way they fit. I wish I had known before my purchase. I would have purchased a different computer. Its only a paperweight if I can't get it to charge. I'm sad.As a refurbished laptop, why didn't they make a snugger fit for the charger plug? What a difference a charge makes.
