I am a beekeeper and I was very skeptical that this would actually taste like honey but, not only does it taste like honey, it has the consistency of honey when in contact with water. I guess that is because it is honey. I looked up the process for dehydrating honey and this is a real thing. They added some maltodextrin and silicone dioxide to help it have a fine powdered consistency. I can just barely taste the additives which is why I knocked off one star for flavor. It is great for adding to warm beverages and much less messy than normal honey.

I've been doing research on a sweetner to use because I have Stage 3 Fat Infiltration of the Liver (NAFLD) but otherwise healthy. So I found that honey is good for your liver and found this product that has only 1g of sugar per serving. I was watching the Amazon delivery to start brewing my tea. It arrived & had to figure out how to get the amount of this sweetner to equal the 1/4 cup of Stevia i use in my iced tea. I used 2 tablespoons & it is perfect!!! TASTE AMAZING in my iced tea. 👍👍I'll update if it helped with my fatty liver.

This stuff is awesome! It tastes like honey without all the carbs and calories. I made some keto cornbread (no corn but tastes like it) and melted some butter and put a little of this powdered honey in there and it was like dessert. Love, love, love! This has now become a staple in my cupboard.

I don't know what I received, but it was definitely not honey powder. It was in a bag labeled as honey powder just as in the product images, but what was in the bag was not even edible.It was clearly not honey, nor derived from honey. It tasted like talc mixed with an artificial sweetener - sucralose would be my guess, but I have limited experience with artificial sweeteners as I actively avoid them. I'm tempted to find a lab to have this analyzed to see what's actually in it - while I only consumed a very small amount (most was spit out, the rest will be thrown out) I am a bit concerned about what actually is in it.I'm not exaggerating for effect here: there clearly was either an error or deliberate fraud here as what was in bag was not just poor quality, but completely the wrong stuff.Stay away from this - unless you have a lab capable of the analysis and could fill me in on what it actually is.

I use honey powder in my coffee every morning. It’s delicious and a small amount is all you need to sweeten your beverage. You can also use it for your cooking and baking needs.

This is a really cool idea, and my son loves to use it for cooking. I initially bought it for my morning tea, but it's not really convenient for that. It's kind of messy to use, and leaves my tea tasting sort of powdery.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of honey powder provided. It’s good stuff and wonderful with sun tea. I’m a big believer in the nutritional value of honey so this is super easy to sweeten cold beverages and for use in cooking. Really delighted with this product!

I had high hopes for powdered honey. Unfortunately the taste is a bit off for me. It almost tastes like an artificial sweetener. I will say that it’s very sweet and a little goes a long way. Just know it’s not gonna taste as much like the real thing.
