Red grapefruit I think is my all time favorite but I just ordered a few other flavors so that may change.The grapefruit one is not strong but pretty tasty I would say out of the three flavors I have tried that one is my favorite because of the lighter taste.The watermelon one is the strongest and sweetest think of a watermelon jolly rancher (artificial watermellon) it’s my least favorite because it’s super sweetMango is pretty good not my favorite and likely wouldn’t order again unless the grapefruit was sold outI have also just ordered the pear and plum so I’ll update if they are super good.As for weight loss I’ve only drank them for 3 days and I would say they are a good snack but I feel it’s not as filling a a bowl of rice. It does help when you crave something sweet and I have eaten less sweets because of them over all so that says a lot.Update we tried the plum and pear. the watermelon flavor is delicious. tastes so much like jello! just pop it in the refrigerator to let it get jelly and drink on the go. I want to try the other flavors now!

Tastes delicious. Tried to use it as a meal replacement, but it didn’t hold me over long enough. I now have one once a day when I’m craving something sweet. I highly recommend the strawberry flavor.
