The company has no presence in the US. No support, no one knows answers to any questions- they have handed this sales of to company called Tobi in the US which has one person who doesn’t respond in a timely or helpful manner. On top of that their products are expensive with no return policy - not only do you pay for return but you cannot open the box. So this whole business is not thought through. Last thing new parents need is trouble with their bassinet. Stay away from this company for now. Perhaps baby bay is great in Europe but they are simply wasting our time in the US. I learned to the hard way.
