If you plan to purchase it as a toy for your child and he would just using it to play with the magnetic then yes it would be a 5
I noticed all of the rating was a 5 stars and that would not be correct if you include the pen. If you plan to purchase it as a toy for your child and he would just using it to play with the magnetic then yes it would be a 5 because it's fun. I got this for my son and he put the ink pen in the magnetic last night and left it there as he should I woke up this morning and tried to look for a replacement ink for him and decided to pull the ink out from the pen, the ink leaks all over my hands and I notice the pen itself have the crease line on each of every piece of magnet. I don't know if ink and magnet are repelled from each other, but this is not a writing instrument. It's a toy! don't be disappointed if you think it's going to write. Make sure to take it the ink out when you are not writing.
