affordable rechargable headlight
ok, this is not a streamlight , a coast or a thrunite but it do not cost 100 bucks, but like the big guys this one retains the last mode used , so if you have used the red light mode and turn it offthe next time to turn it on it will fireup in red ight mode.that is handy for those night driving trips, it will not hurt your night vision.you can eat and drive and can pick up the French fries from the floor! lol !PROS2 power modes in white light and 1 power mode in red light and a flashing mode in red light, decent light output, red light more for night vision, rechargeable, removable headband ,cap visor mountcame with a charging cable.CONSno usb C port, it have a micro usb port that nobody uses now,the pivot ball that the mount have to position the light is too nimble, the plastic construction look like a toy.overal i recomend this light to have in your truck or car glove box or next to your bedtable in case of a power outageit is not a premium flashlight but the price will justify the corners cut.you can buy 3 or 4 and give one or 2 to your loves ones.if you do not have a handy headlight, get 2 or 3 of these.you will not hurt your wallet and will make your life easier.

Buy the black one!
This is a nice little headlamp. I notice it is being sold as an alternative to the more expensive emerald green lamp and gets fewer reviews. But most of the reviews of this item are 5 stars, including mine.It is a simple unit. Less is more. The red light does not come on accidentally, meaning you don't keep cycling through different colors. In fact, you have to hold the button down for 2-3 sec for the light to change color. There are only two levels of power for each color. The white light does NOT have a blink function. This is a major plus for me. Just two levels of steady diffuse white light. The red light does have a blink function but it's easily avoided. The swivel, plus the fact it can be attached to a cap or other clothing is a nice feature. It is also very lightweight. It is about half the price of the emerald, simple, and does the job. The light is not as bright, but we use it around the house, not for hiking. Plenty bright enough for most of our uses. The price is very reasonable right now for a rechargeable headlamp. I'm tired of single use batteries. The only concern I have is that the swivel could either loosen or break over time. For the price and other useful features, I'll take that chance.

360 degree turning radius and 2 brightness
The media could not be loaded. The older I get, the more challenged I am to see at/after dusk. Initially, I purchased this for reading books but the glare on either of two brightness settings was too much for my sensitive eyes. I have instead used it while walking my dog at night. Luckily, I do not have much pride and okay with looking like I'm headed off to the mines.Does your head require you either skip the hat or use the last couple holes of a baseball hat to secure? Same. Okay fine, I've never used the second to last, only the last. As the band is pictured, it fits my 23.5" head. Measured without any tension, the entire band measures 20". I have placed a ruler next to the buckle to expand which measured 3". Again, that's 3" when not under tension so it will stretch out even more once on your head. If you have a smaller or standard sized head, the band is quite easy to adjust.I hope the type a energy I brought to this helps someone out!

Uses a “USB Micro” charging port, Light Shuts Off W/O Warning
These light are well made (and very functional) except for the following:(1) Over a period of time, the “USB Micro” charging ports become deformed. This means that when one plugs the “USB Micro” cord into the light to charge it, the cord does not make proper contact with the light’s internal electrical connections. As a result no charging takes place. I think this problem could be corrected by having the lights use an “USB C” charging port. The uniform symmetrical design of the “USB C” port would eliminate the deformity that results from one having to insert/extract a “USB Micro” connector every time the head lamp needs recharging.(2) These lights give no “warning” when they are about to reach the end of their rechargeable battery life. The brightness of the light might be reduced by a few lumens, but that is really not very noticeable to the user. One second a person is walking on a trail at night (e.g.), and the next second the person is standing in complete darkness. If you plan on using one of these head lamps, always be sure to carry a backup light with you. In my area of Alaska, it is no joke to be suddenly left stranded in the dark where one can lose their balance, trip over some object, step into a depression, or walk into a tree branch they could no longer see.

Works for an Amazon employee
This thing kicks 🐴. Rechargable is the way to go. It's a multi tool if you ask me. I use it for a wrist light and it's amazing at night. It's bright enough for where you're going. Just don't expect the sun to rise again, but still; the green and red light features are pretty cool. Lights are dimmable. It's cool man. I suggest it for deliveries or night visibility. Don't work on the car with this, it's just too nice to ruin.

Comfortable to wear, energy efficient.
I really appreciate the engineering of this headlight. Its headband fits snugly around my head without putting pressure on my forehead, even when I wear it for extended periods. I use this LED headlight for both attic work and general car maintenance. Interestingly enough, I was inspired to look for a USB rechargeable LED headlight after seeing a wound care nurse wearing one while tending to patients at the hospital. When I asked her what prompted her to choose the particular model and type she was using, she mentioned that the LED clarity, the long battery life, and the convenience of USB charging led her to choose the Energizer Vision LED Rechargeable Headlamp. Her response was so informative that I didn't need to ask her any further questions.
