These are long thin tubular noodles. The family loved them in the pastitsio dish. I will buy again.

Wish I would have taken a photo of the Pasticio I made for Greek Easter. My family dove right in! LOL The integrity of the dish is in the Pasta. It surely was authentic. The pasta held the meat and cream beautifly! Not having to travel to far off places in search of the pasta made this dish all the better! I told all my friends and family and for those that sat at our table, they all agreed. One said " This should be on the table every holiday" We're very pleased!

I am so pleased to have found this product. Years ago in the U.S., a brand called Red Cross offered really long spaghetti and macaroni? Sadly, they seemed to have disappeared. This product is terrific.

Product fine picture needs addressing, you in fact receive No.2 sized pasta and pricey (not the No.5 as pictured) - No.5 is only sold in multi-pack however - it was a 50/50 chance I took ;) It still worked for Pastitsio just the smaller width doesn't have as firm a base layer.

The product worked for my several pan I made. It tasted great and used some for other pasta dishes with sauces.

These noodles worked perfectly in the traditional Greek dish. They cooked well and were easy to handle while layering the dish. I would buy again.
