Fortunately I had practiced getting it on, twice. I have to be erect to get this on. I can't just squeeze the air out and slip into it like others have said here. I use a good amount of water based lube. The best I could do was get halfway in. Then I hit an invisible wall of pneumatic pressure. So I used a flexible rubber tube I had, lubed it up, and put it all of the way in. As I slid in, air was venting out of the tube. Still I was unable to reach the end of it because the tube would collapse and stop venting. I had to push it on the head straight back at me, kind of like forcing a cork into a bottle. Or more like forcing a bottle on to a cork. With enough pressure the tube vented and I could reach the end. I pulled out the tube and suction did the rest. It is tight feeling and very secure. I like the ball ring at the end. You need to use 4 fingers to open it enough for the twins to fall through. Once all that was done, it felt pretty good. So how did go? Well unfortunately my wife didn't notice much difference. I was surprised. It certainly seemed bigger. It added about 1" in length. I had to be careful at first to not go too deep because it hurt her at first. After a little while I was able to go all of the way in. She said the extra length didn't do anything for her because most of her feeling is up front. Also, it's so slippery it didn't offer the same resistance the real thing does. I wondered why it didn't feel better or at least bigger than my original equipment. The rubber on this is about 1/4" thick all of the way around. I should be at least 1/2" wider. I grabbed my wife's fabric measuring tape. This is the info I wish I knew when I bought this. This is a one size fits all product, but not everyone is built the same. My natural gear is 6-1/2" long and 6" in circumference at the tip and the base. The enhancer is 9" long from tip to back of the ring. It says the maximum insertable length is 6-1/2". It makes sense with your boys in the ring. When I wear it I measure 7-1/2" insertable. Empty, the enhancer tip is 5-1/2" in circumference and the base is 6" in circumference. With me in it, the base expands to 6-1/4" circumference. Time for some dick math. Diameter=Circumference/pi. A perfect circle with 6" circ /3.14 = 1.91" wide. A 6-1/4" circ/3.14 = 1.99" less than .1". That's why my wife didn't feel anything different. I only grew .1" in width. If you're ringing up at around 5" circumference you'll see 1/2" diameter of improvement. That's an amount I think your lady friend would feel. Why did I only gain 1/4" circumference of girth? To my surprise, I'm a wee bit bigger at the tip than the enhancer is. Still all things are relative so I figured it would just stretch over me and the extra thickness would translate into a bigger me. But, this enhancer is thick and there isn't much feeling for me beyond suction. I could not stay at attention while it was in use. I still filled it out due to suction, but I wasn't adding anything. That's why the dimension didn't change. When I pulled it off I looked like a golf ball. My wife laughed. All of those interior nubs left their mark. Nothing permanent. It was fun to try. I may cut the end of it off and see if I can feel more and fill this thing out a bit. Bottom line, it's a nice product. The rubber is very good quality. It seems very durable. I like how crystal clear it is. If I had these measurements, I would have passed on this item. It wasn't made for me. I'm sure if you are built differently your better half will enjoy it.

This item is not the best, which I will describe why in just a minute. My wife and I have tried several of these enhancers, some good, some not so good. This is definitely a good one! It's made from "TPR" or thermoplastic rubber, whatever that is. It's not jelly, and really has no odor, but it's not silicone either. It's quite a bit stretchier than the Rough Rider, but not nearly as stretchy as Vixen's Colossus. It's relatively very easy to stretch the ring at the base around your balls. The level of firmness is very good.
