Have Fun With This!
I ordered one roll at first, not knowing how much to expect it would cover. I put up that first roll and just guesstimated I’d need 5 more rolls. It turned out I needed 3.5 rolls. I should’ve taken the time to do a little math and I’d have ordered the right amount the first time.* I suggest to all SELLERS that they have a little conversion chart where customers can simply insert the square footage of their project and then know exactly how much product to order. Some sellers do this for what they know will be bigger projects like wall murals, and it’s greatly appreciated (knowing how much it you’ll need will sometimes result in saying to yourself, “Oh wow, I’ll need 20 rolls at $37 a roll!” Which might make a project more than just a whim).Anyway, these “peel off wallpapers” are easy to use, you’ll just need scissors and an exacto knife for cutting around light sockets (I plan to get a wooden switch pate and either paint it the dark grey of the the small amount of wallpaper I have left to cover it so the white switch plate seen here isn’t so prominent).ALSO: I’ve seen questions asking if this will cover refrigerators. With the .5 roll I had left, I covered part of my fridge and YES, it covered easily, well and I could tell it wouldn’t come off until I took it off. I DID take it off (.5 roll which covered 1/4 of a VERY large fridge). If I were to cover a fridge, I’d take off the handles on the fridge first, then cover it, marking where the handles came off. After I took the half roll off the fridge, I used it to cover the insets of 8 wooden trays for a friend. I returned the unopened roll I’d ordered for the project pictured easily at Kohl’s.So this particular product works well, even after peeling it off another surface it’s already been used on!Have fun with this, and I’ll bet that - like me - you’ll be looking around your house for other things to use it on, which can totally change the look of things, forever or permanently - in which case you can be assured it’ll come off without damaging what you’d put it on.I’d suggest using it for college dorm rooms, in rental apartments, on appliances, for business spaces, on cheap thrift shop finds with bad finishes or any surfaces you’d like to quickly and inexpensively change. Finally, let me say that I live in FL where many walls are textured (maybe it’s with joint compound). The wall I covered here was not “flat” dry wall, but that textured wall often found in FL. Also, I didn’t follow the directions, forgetting to clean the surface to be covered with alcohol (or Spic ‘n Span as I do before painting). It adhered fine, has been up for a month, and I can tell it’s not going anywhere until/unless I peel it off.

Easy to apply!
This is a contact paper type wallpaper. This was used in a very old kitchen. There was a cutout wall in this 115 year old home that we have as a rental. We were trying to update it on a budget. This paper actually was easy to apply and was very forgiving when we tore it.

Needs better adhesive
I have used peel and stick wallpaper on several projects around my home and classroom, so I have some experience installing this type of product. I knew from the very beginning this paper wasn’t near sticky enough to hold well. I was using the full 17’ length (no cuts). I had spray adhesive left from another project, so I sprayed the wall (focusing on the edges) as I smoothed the paper out. My two older boys helped me as having an extra set of hands is very useful. The paper is fairly thin and I tore a corner just by pulling too hard on the wrapper, but the pattern is very forgiving and easy to mask mistakes. I used three rolls for creating a faux headboard in my boys’ bedroom. It looks great! The colors are different shades of grey and light taupe. It goes nicely with the wood floors and grey bedding they have. One other irritation I experienced was the first two rolls lined up perfectly... the third was about 4” too short. Not sure what happened there. This required me to go back and trim the first two rolls (which were already stuck to the wall with adhesive) with a straight edge to even it back up.

Looks good, sticks poorly to wall
This product states it is meant for flat surfaces, but other reviewers said they were able to stick it to their walls just fine. Not so much for us. Our wall had the "orange peel" style texture on it, with a coat of eggshell finish paint on top. This paper would stick, then would start peeling minutes later. My wife and I had spent over an hour taking our time to ensure the paper was put up in nice, level rows. Then we made the mistake of going out for a bit. When we came back half the paper had peeled off. We spent another half hour trying to stick it back up with no success. We ended up using double-sided tape on the backside of the paper, and that seems to be holding it somewhat better. It has now been about 18 hours since we put it up with the double-sided tape and it is holding. So far.Shame, because the product looks nice (it does NOT look like real wood to me, even from a distance, but it still looks very nice for an accent wall like we used it for).6/7/2020 UPDATE: After battling the paper continuing to peel off, even after using double-sided tape, over the next two days we were about to remove it entirely. But then I had the idea of using some silicone caulk I had on hand to spot glue it to the wall. Since we are ultimately going to put up real ship lap on the wall one day I was not worried about the caulk possibly ruining the paint underneath. The caulk has worked GREAT! If you have a stubborn surface you are trying to stick the paper to and you are not concerned about difficulty removing it later I recommend going the silicone caulk route.

Beautiful and Practical
It’s a beautiful product and looks very similar to the real thing. It was sticky enough that I felt confident it would hold up to books sliding back and forth on it (I applied it to a bookshelf), but not so sticky that I couldn’t reposition it a couple times. Of course if the two sticky sides joined, it was a lot more difficult to pull them apart but that’s to be expected. I would buy this again. In fact I wish I’d bought more; it didn’t even cover my 4’ x 3’ bookshelf. It only did the sides, the 3 shelves and the top. I used something else I had on hand to do the inside of my bookshelf. It was harder to work with and needed adhesive.

Easy to install!
The grey color is very much a blue grey and therefore doesn’t work well with all other greys. The paper was super easy to work with despite its sheerness.I put this up in two slides in our 5th wheel. happy that it is staying up despite being cold in Canada.Put it up in a bathroom too but it was NOT the right kind of grey. had to rip it down off two small walls once another paper was ordered and delivered.I would purchase this product again BUT would be very cautious of color.

Bad adhesive
It was so nice but I had so many raised corners, it just wouldn't stick. I washed my walls, I let them dry and it wasn't sticking so I had to take it down because it just looked bad.
