The band came with two screwdrivers - a star to remove the old screws, and a crosshead to install the new ones supplied. (This, incidentally, would make it simpler to replace the band if it eventually fails again, though I have no reason to think that it will.) The fit is perfect, the quality looks good. Simple to install. Highly recommended.

Likes are the better material, comfort, ease of making the change and the better quality of the strap, all of which far outweigh the minor point [for me] that the strap is just the bit small for my wrist, so that it feels a little tight [nothing excessive to put strain on the fixings, but I need to have it on the 4th hole in order to tidy the strap end, and it could do with that bit extra length]. Overall, excellent and very happy, this represents an distinct improvement on the original [Garmin note!] - the kit comes complete, easy to understand [once I looked at the parts!] - and very cost effective - Recommended!

I ordered this item because the strap on my Garmin Vivosmart HR tore in two places. This item arrived quickly within two days and I was very happy, however, when it came to assembling the two strap parts: the strap part with the buckle fitted perfectly (the screws were very small and you need to be extra careful not to drop them on the floor) but the long strap part where there is a small hole for the button didn't fit at all! It took me at least 30 minutes to fit it on but to no avail it didn't because the rubber was too stiff and hard to insert. I was so disappointed and even with a reasonable price you would think it is affordable good product. Unfortunately, I will have to buy another item.

Excellent replacement strap. I watched the video on removing the addition piece of plastic before putting on the strap and it fits perfectly. No problem at all - I would highly recommend it.

I really didn't think I would be able to fit it myself being rather old, but watched the video on youtube & it was easy. Screw drivers supplied & new screws. Will definitely use again if I need to.

This is the second strap that I have fitted and regret not waiting for the the previous product to become available. This one proved difficult to fit and it took a while to realise why. It doesn't fit properly, there is a gap between the strap and unit which is useful for gathering dirt, usually soap as we all have to wash our hands more frequently. In addition it is hard to fit to the wrist as the strap is slightly bigger than the buckle it has to go through making it very difficult to pull through with one hand.

The strap is an almost direct replacement for the original. It would have got four stars except for the quality of the screws, where the heads stripped as soon as you start to drive them in. One note, I almost returned it, until I realised that there was a plastic cover on the original that needed to be removed first.

Great replacement, this has been caught and snagged on many things at work, has been chewed and pulled by my 9 month old and it is very secure. Would recommend
